Crepes
For 4 persons
100gr butter
4 eggs
200gr flour
1/2 lt milk

Put 100 gr of butter on fire to liquefy

In a bowl add the flour, the butter, the milk and the yellow part of eggs

Stir very well

In another bowl make the white parts of eggs like snow

Add the "snow" to the mix

Use the mixer to stir the mix and avoid grumes

Let  the mix rest for 1 hr

Cooking crepes:

use a little of butter and heat the pan

put a small amount of the mix in the pan, make a layer 5 mm thick

separe the border of the crepe from the pan

when the border appears to be A LITTLE burned, it's time to separe the entire crepe from the pan

reverse the crepe and finish cooking

garn with sweet or salty garnments
