500gr of mais flour
2lt of water
1 spoon of salt (or less...better don't abuse of salt )
warm the water,put the salt in it and slowly add the flour
put water to boiling
start stirring and melting avoiding the formation of grumes
when the food has taken the consticency of cream (or thicker or thinner,as you wish) the Polenta is ready!
take a piece of butter,add some tasty cheese or bacon cubes or chicken meat or whatever you want and Buon Appetito!
the Polenta is a poor food,with high riempitive power and low calories
